The Cliff Bay hotel’s pier is, once again, the chosen venue.
The stage is set and until August 30th, this is show it will remain. On Wednesdays and Thursdays, the Il Gallo D’Oro restaurant moves nearer the sea, at The Cliff Bay hotel. On offer is a set menu of four, five or six courses, offering you the chance to pair with wines. The choices of Chef Benoît Sinthon rest on fish and seafood. And the sea is right there. You can hear it, you can smell it, especially as the atmosphere is transformed by the piano tunes being played in the background, making for a unique experience.
The first dinner service at the Il Gallo D’Oro by the sea also saw the launch of the official Formula 1 champagne, Carbon, which will henceforth be part of the beverages on offer at the restaurant’s menu.
