Food for Change at Casa Velha do Palheiro

Casa Velha do Palheiro joins hands with Food for Change on the 26th and 27th of October.


This initiative replaces the usual Gastronomic Weekend, offering a sustainable and environmentally-friendly menu where fresh regional products take centre stage.

Crafted by Chef Rogério Calhau, the menu is to be accompanied by Portuguese wines, Madeira wine in particular.

The event conceived by the Relais & Chateaux brand in a partnership with Slow Food seeks to demonstrate how one can act to fight climate change and protect the biodiversity of fauna and flora.
