Madeiran hotel highlighted by two tourism websites.
On April The Vine Hotel was one of the hotels by TripExpert.2017 Expert’s Choice Award. This travel website gathers the opinions of several experts and awards the best hotels, restaurants and tourist attractions from all around the world.
Based on more than 70 guides, magazines and newspapers, TripExpert mentions The Vine as one of the best hotels in Madeira Island earning 76 points out of 100 and the stamps of Experts’ Choice and Best of Funchal.
The website gave first place to the Belmond Reid’s Palace which figures in the Michelin Guide, with 94 points out of 100.
On May 4th, the European Best Destinations travel website elected the panoramic pool of Funchal’s The Vine Hotel as one of the eight most beautiful hotel pools in Europe.
This is the only hotel in Madeira to figure in the winning list while at a national level it is the pool of the Yeatman Hotel, in Oporto, that figures. Still in the list are hotels in Brussels, Zurich, Paris, Barcelona, Athens and the Swiss Alps.
