Treatments and other experiences are part of the program
Belmond Reid's Palace has launched the first edition of the "Wellness Week", which runs until October 7 and aims to provide health and wellness experiences to hotel guests and beyond.
It is an initiative in association with Technogym, Aromatherapy Associates and Natura Bissé. Natura Bissé presents several wellness options, such as the debut in Madeira, Bubble Pure Air, which is applied to facials, where a bubble in which the air is 99.95% pure, free of contaminating particles , guarantees sensation of relaxation and fast results.
Another option for Natura Bissé is a Masterclass on "The Art Of Skincare". A skin care specialist will tell participants which products are most suitable for different skin types and their applicability. Accompanying the class will have sparkling wine.
As for Aromatherapy Associates, experts will provide aromatherapy workshops, guiding participants in the hotel's greenhouse through various sensations using essential oils, pure extracts and natural ingredients.
Technogym, the official sponsor of this first edition of Wellness Week at Reid's Palace, is a world-leading company in fitness, wellness and digital solutions. During this event, a Technogym Master Trainer will accompany the participants, providing varied experiences with 'Wake-up Wellness', 'Sunrise and Sunset Skill classes' and even 'Power Yoga' exercises.
In addition to the described activities, participants can also take pilates lessons, functional training or even experience Stand-UP Paddle Board.
The SPA area is the ideal place to relax and rejuvenate the body, mind and soul.
This week of Wellness, a wide range of exclusive therapies will be available, as well as several massage techniques to combine body balance with mind.
This initiative was created as a complement to the celebration of the Madeira Nature Festival, and promotes the importance of a better and healthier life.
