The hotel unit promotes "Sushi no Cais" event on Fridays.
From 22nd June to 31st August, The Cliff Bay Hotel stands out with a unique initiative.
An unusual setting: the sea is less than a foot away, you can almost touch it. Far away, a view over the bay of Funchal, with the sun setting for the day. The event that is happening on Fridays, has the menu of "Sushiman de Portugal", Paulo Morais, who will be present once a month, being assisted by the Sushi Chef of the hotel, Luísa Castro. Until late August, the restaurant will be focused on fresher menus, more appetising for the summer.
The "Sushi no Cais" starts at 7 p.m. and offers a menu rich in other specialty dishes inspired by Asian cuisine. Alongside dinner, there will be a DJ.
