The hotel group strengthened its investment in the idea of Comfort in the bedroom in all of its hotels in Portugal and in Brazil.
With the Comfort of their rooms in mind, the PortoBay group will replace about three thousand mattresses (35 cm high) and apply new beddings in all of its hotels in Portugal and Brazil.
In its five star hotels, namely The Cliff Bay (Madeira), PortoBay Liberdade (Lisbon) and L’Hotel PortoBay São Paulo, sheets are made of 300/400 Egyptian threads and are 100% cotton. Guests also have the Pillow Menu as a choice, offering them the possibility to select their pillows according to their personal preferences.
This investment in their guests comfort will mean an investment of half a million euros. In Portugal, the old mattresses still in good shape are being distributed among collaborates and charities.
