Parade gathers 400 classic vehicles in the streets of Funchal.
On Sunday the 17th of April, flowers and classic vehicles will join hands for the 1st ever edition of the Madeira Auto Parade to be integrated in the Flower Festival.
The parade is set to start at 4 p.m. at Avenida do Mar and will go down the same course walked by the Flower Festival parade last Sunday going through the main streets of Funchal.
The event will have the participation of four philharmonic bands and the University of Madeira’s Tuna D’Elas.
After finishing, the motorcycles and automobiles will be in display at Avenida Sá Carneiro. At the same time, there will be some jazz concerts.
This event is promoted by the Regional Bureau for the Economy, Tourism and Culture and will have the collaboration of the The Classic Motor Exhibition association and the Madeira Volkswagen Beetle club.
