On January 18, the Desarma Restaurant, located on the rooftop of The Views Baía, will celebrate its first anniversary, which will be marked by the emergence of a new gastronomic experience: The Chef's Counter.
This intimate experience will focus on improvisation and surprise, as its protagonist, Chef Octávio Freitas, will prepare various culinary concepts, totaling 12 moments, with three being completely improvised. Arranged on three counters, a front counter with a capacity for 4 people and two side counters with a capacity for 2 people each, a total of 8 people can surrender to Chef Octávio Freitas' whims, with the premise of innovation and originality.
