The streets of New York come to Funchal
The thematic gastronomic offerings at Hotel NEXT have showcased a flair for innovation and boldness, and the Hot Dog Festival promises to continue this trend. On May 31st, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Cloud Bar, NEXT will offer the chance to experience classic New York street food accompanied by performances from street artists and more.
A wide variety of hot dogs will be presented, ranging from traditional to experimental, as expected from a Hotel NEXT initiative. These hot dogs are characterized not only by their disruptive combinations but also by the use of fewer additives and healthier ingredients when compared to traditional hot dogs.
These hot dogs are inspired by the list released by the New York Times in August of last year. They will be accompanied by other traditional street food options commonly found on the streets of New York, as well as American beers, cocktails, and mocktails.
