A new campaign run by City Hall promises to unveil all of the Golden Isle’s secrets.
The City Hall of Porto Santo has just launched a campaign to promote and divulge the island under the motto “What is Porto Santo’s best kept secret?”
Filipe Menezes de Oliveira, Mayor of Porto Santo, says the purpose is that of “boosting tourism, especially during the months of winter, promoting and positioning the “Porto Santo” brand in the main tourism markets, creating wealth for the population through the offer of services and the preservation of the island’s heritage”.
The heavenly beach, the more than five miles of sand with therapeutic properties and thalassotherapy, gastronomy and water sports are some of the island’s “secrets”. The promotion video is endowed with a musical piece completely inspired by the island and composed by composer João Gil and singer Celina da Piedade.
