Savoy Palace introduces "Together at the Table"

The initiative will bring the best of national gastronomy to Madeira

Savoy Palace will present the first iteration of the "Together at the Table" initiative on June 21 and 22, which will bring the best of national gastronomy to Madeira at the Pau de Lume restaurant.

Hugo Araújo, executive chef of Solar dos Presuntos, will be the first to present his creations. Focused on the concept of traditional Portuguese cuisine, he will offer traditional Portuguese appetizers with northern influences, as well as main courses such as lobster rice and goat, finishing with abade priscos pudding and lemon meringue pie, among other desserts. This event will showcase the blend of modernity and tradition for which Chef Hugo Araújo has become renowned.

The second event of "Together at the Table" will take place on July 19 and 20, led by Chef Fernando Soares of the Azorean restaurant Saca-Rolhas Taberna.
