The Savoy Palace hotel, opened this year, organizes an exclusive New Year's Eve.
Luxury and refinement are the keywords for this experience. The farewell of the year 2019 begins on December 30th with the gala "Back to the Future" at the Grand Ballroom with live music. Animation is handled by Live Brisk Band and Dj Oxy. Tonight's program also includes a welcome drink, dinner, digestive and supper. The value is 150 euros per person.
On the evening of December 31, to welcome 2020, the program presented is a "Time Travel". Includes a unique program in each space, with the firework show as a backgrown.
In the Grand Ballroom, time travel is to the 60s and 70s. This program includes dinner, singing and dancing, with Cristina Barbosa Band and Dj Aka Sound. It has a cost of 255 per person. You can also have access to one of the terraces (Galaxy or Rosewood) upon availability and payment of a supplement. In Galaxy, the supplement has a cost of 100 €, which includes 375 ml bottle of champagne per person and mignardises, and in Rosewood, a cost 50 €, with 750 ml bottle of sparkling wine per couple and mignardises included.
The terraces offer a 360 degree view of the city of Funchal, providing an even more special experience with the pyrotechnic show. Following the theme of Time Travel, the Jacaranda terrace will be themed in the 80's and 90's, with dinner included, open bar and mignardises, for 445 euros per person.
To cheer up the party, there is the performance of Joves Band and DJ Flávio Mendez. Ending the Journey, the Galaxy represents the 2000s. Here it will be possible to watch the countdown to 2020. After the fire, there are open bars, mignardises and the performances of Kairos and Dj Kiko. The value for this program is 545 euros per person. The dress code is a dark suit or tuxedo for the male audience and a long or fancy dress for the ladies.
